Greater Essex County District School Board (GECDSB) is transitioning to bids&tenders

Thank you for your interest in doing business with GECDSB.  Vendors are invited to complete a vendor application form, in order to be added to our Bidder's List.  Please e-mail to obtain this form.

As a Broader Public Sector (BPS) organization, School Boards must adhere to the requirements of the BPS Procurement Directive.  One of the requirements is to post bid opportunities that exceed $100,000 nationally and electronically. 

GECDSB uses to post Pre-qualifications, Requests for Proposals and Tenders and interested vendors must obtain the bid documents from this website. 

Suppliers interested in doing business with GECDSB will find all opportunities, such as Pre-qualifications, Requests for Proposals and Tender posted from October 27, 2021 onward on their supplier portal at  Opportunities posted prior to this date will continue to be available through Biddingo.

With bids&tenders, GECDSB can ensure its procurement processes are efficient, communicate more easily with suppliers, reduce administrative burdens, and ultimately deliver greater value on its infrastructure projects and service delivery.
