Thank you for your interest in doing business with GECDSB.  Vendors are invited to complete a vendor application form, in order to be added to our Bidder’s List.  Please e-mail to obtain this form.

​ As a Broader Public Sector (BPS) organization, School Boards must adhere to the requirements of the BPS Procurement Directive.  One of the requirements is to post bid opportunities that exceed $100,000 nationally and electronically.  GECDSB uses to post Pre-qualifications, Requests for Proposals and Tenders and interested vendors must obtain the bid documents from this website.  If you are not currently registered, please visit their website, e-mail them at or call them at 416-756-0955 to make arrangements to register.
