​​Consider these activities to help keep active and cope daily

 

Tips to get started:

  1. Create a list of your strengths and positive qualities. Consider what others might have to share to help you build your list. This will be helpful throughout.
     
  2. Work on a schedule for week. Include learning, physical activity, connection and self-care. Work on this together. Agree to revisit as needed.
