The Greater Essex County District School Board continues to gather public input and answer questions concerning the 2015 Program and Accommodation Review Committee study underway in Essex County.
The PARC is studying capacity issues at five schools: General Amherst High School, Kingsville District High School, Harrow District High School, Western Secondary School and Harrow Public School. Its purpose is to find creative and effective means to reduce the Board's surplus of approximately 6,000 empty student spaces.
There have been two public meetings held, with the next, scheduled for Monday, April 13th at Western Secondary School. The final public meeting will be Tuesday, May 12th at Migration Hall in Kingsville.
Residents and interested parties unable to attend a public meeting may still submit comments and suggestions by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
All information regarding the study, including minutes from public and committee meetings, is available at the PARC Website.
