GECDSB Students Are Skilled

Auto Service winner pose with medals.jpgIt was nearly a clean sweep for GECDSB students at the annual Get Skilled competition hosted by St. Clair College. They took the top prizes in 7 of 8 categories during the event on Saturday, March 25th. The winners move on to Regional competitions and potentially the Skills Canada championship in Winnipeg later this year. Last year David Garrett of W.F. Herman earned first place at the nationals in Precision Metal Cutting.
