Before You Post - Think!

Brainstorm with students - Before you post "THINK".  Create digital footprints showing what kind of things you would like your digital footprint to say about you.

You Can't Put it Back!

Distribute bottles of gels/foams to groups of students.  Direct them to squeeze all that they can possibly squeeze out of the container.  Then, direct them to put it all back into the container.  Give them some time.
Let them know that the activity they just engaged in is like posting online.  In the moment, you were so consumed with what you were doing that you didn't realize the mess you were making.  Then, after it was so quickly poured out, you realize it is impossible to put it back in.  Remember this for the rest of your lives when it comes to the words/pictures that are posted online.
