On behalf of the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit, the GECDSB is obliged to notify families of all students in Kindergarten through Grade 4 that complete immunization records must be submitted to the Health Unit by the end of the day, September 18th, 2018.
Families should have received notices advising them of the information that is missing from a child's record and how they can update the records with the Health Unit.
Students will be suspended from school, in accordance with the Immunization of School Pupils Act, on September 19th, 2018 if the immunization records have not been updated.
