It is with mixed emotions that we say good bye to two ladies who have been a big part of our school community for many years. Mrs. Bostwick and Mrs. Decaire are retiring! We are so happy for them to be retiring and starting this new chapter in their lives and with them all the health and happiness possible.
Mrs. Bostwick began her career in November of 1995. She has worked all over the system: Harrow Public, Northwood, Prince Andrew, Prince Edward, LaSalle, Talbot Trail, Gosfield North, Queen Elizabeth, and finally Essex Public School. As many of you know, she is the person who most often greets everyone who comes into our school and juggles the many impromptu requests that come her way with grace and humour. When greeted in the mornings, she always responds with the words, "I'm peachy" which shows her positive outlook that we all appreciate.
Mrs. Decaire began her career with the Greater Essex County District School Board in 1984. She has worked at numerous locations throughout the board such as Massey Secondary., Gosfield North, Maplewood, and finally Essex Public School. We will miss her kind, calm nature and her stellar efficiency. All the best to both of you ladies! You will be missed!
