Curling Champs

Massey won its second straight SWOSSAA Boys Curling championship on Monday March 4th at the Sarnia golf and curling club.  Led by skip Trevor Way,  the Mustangs secured a berth in the championship finals after beating Ursuline 7 to 4 followed by tough win over Chatham 5-4, leading them to a rematch of last year's championship final against Belle River. 

The game was TIED after the regulation 8 ends, and went to an extra end.  Trevor Way had to make a pressure draw to the button to seal the win and secured Massey's back to back SWOSSAA curling championship.

The Mustangs will head to the OFSAA provincial championships in Ottawa march 19th to 24th.
The girls play SWOSSAA at Roseland on Wednesday, March 6th.​

MASSEY GIRLS CURLING captured a silver medal at SWOSSAA and will be joining the Boys curling team at the provincial championships in Ottawa March 1​9th-23rd.
Led by skip Tiffany Scurr, the team beat Ursuline College from Chatham in the semifinals to secure a berth to OFSAA.
