Reminder

Northwood - Distribution of Students’ Personal Belongings, and Collection of Textbooks/Musical instruments/Library books, and other- Reminder

Below are the times you can come in.   Please fill out the form that is located on EDSBY for Student Material Retrieval.  It is the exact same process as booking for Parent Teacher Interviews. This will assist us with the amount of families coming in during different time periods so that we can staff accordingly.  Thank you for your assistance with this.

Thank you parents and students with your patience in the retrieval of your items and drop off of school items. This week our staff will be busy preparing your child’s items for collection in the gymnasium.

We will have three days for you to pick up your child’s items in the gymnasium and drop off items.

The days and times are:

Monday, June 8th - 9am-6pm
Tuesday, June 9th - 9am-6pm
Wednesday, June 10th - 9am-3pm

We will be adhering to strict safety protocol for the no contact pick up. We will have a set number of families allowed in the gym and in line. The rest will remain in cars.
A reminder that when you enter the gymnasium we will be asking for library books that your child has signed out and textbooks your child took home.

Thank you for your patience and looking forward to seeing you. If you have any questions please contact the school.

Thank you as always for your understanding and compassion during this time. We looking forward to meeting together again as a school community to celebrate our perseverance! Please note the distance learning continues until June 25th!

Please stay safe and remember we are True North Strong!
