More than 2.7 million grams of cereal was collected and donated in this year's Cereal Box Challenge. Six schools and the Board Administration building staff took part. Twenty-eight school breakfast programs and a number of community service organizations, including the Goodfellows and the Downtown Mission, were on the receiving end. Again this year Sharp Busline generously provided the transport to get the cereal students and staff posing with cereal boxes.jpgfrom the schools to where it was needed.

This year's challenge was won by Glenwood PS. They brought in an average of 1403.32 grams per student. The top classroom was Ms. Carriere's Grade 2/3 class at Glenwood, which earned a visit from Mad Science for contributing approximately 86 thousand grams of cereal.
