Spring and Summer months at Anderdon

The spring and summer months at Anderdon School bring a whole new batch of learning adventures on our property! Our most exciting learning outside happens in Mustang Woods!

In 1997, then teacher, Mr. Shawn Dufour had an idea to get Anderdon students and teachers learning with nature: The creation of a naturalized area on the property of Anderdon Public School! Mustang Woods was created and in 1998 with the help of students, teachers and the community!

Please help us keep Mustang woods safe because it is a great place to learn! We teach our students about woodlot safety, wildlife and plant and animal identification.

We are constantly upgrading this property with fund raising dollars and student-power!

Careful, we check for ticks and always watch for poison ivy!
