Morning:
This session for all staff is in partnership with Holland Bloorview and the Rick Hansen foundation. A focus on moving from ableism to allyship in school communities where we hold high expectations and presume competence for all of our students. Learning from others lived experiences will also be a component of the learning.
Erin’s Law – In accordance with section 170.0.1 of the Education Act, this training supports the implementation of Erin’s Law by providing educators and school-based staff with foundational knowledge related to the prevention of child sexual abuse, mandatory reporting obligations, and available supports. |
