The Student of the Month for June is Grace Allison, a Grade 12 student at Tecumseh Vista Academy. Grace is an outstanding role model for this month’s theme of “leadership”.

After many months of hard work, students from the Greater Essex County District School Board’s Enhanced Construction Program have completed the rebuilding of the deck at the historic Simcoe Building, located at the John Freeman Walls Historic Site and Underground Railroad Museum. Originally constructed in 1798, the building’s deck was in need of revitalization after decades of use.
