Mira Tayeh is the Greater Essex County District School Board’s Student Trustee for the City of Windsor and a Grade 11 student at Walkerville Collegiate Institute. She is passionate about student leadership, mental health, and ensuring every student feels heard and represented. During her term, Mira hopes to strengthen communication between students and the Board, increase student engagement, advocate for better mental health supports, and help create positive, lasting changes that improve the student experience across the GECDSB.
